Article 1 - Applicability In these General Terms and Conditions the following definitions apply: 1.1 Seller “Asian Import - Little Tibet ” - Vandelanotte Bart BE0829.429.677, Asian Import Menenstraat 472 - 8560 Wevelgem, Asian Import - Vanackerestraat 59 - 8560 Wevelgem. 1.2. Buyer - any natural or legal person who places an order via e-mail, website, by telephone or in the shop/warehouse. 1.3. Product(s) - The subject of one or more contracts of goods and/or services.

Article 2 - Conditions 2.1. Our general terms and conditions apply to every offer made by the seller. 2.2. Article 3 - Products

3.1. If an offer has only a limited period of validity or is subject to certain conditions, we will expressly state this in our offer.

3.2 Some goods are handmade and therefore only pieces. Despite careful checking, there may therefore be small differences between the photos shown on the website and the delivered goods. There may also be color deviations due to the screen quality.

3.3. All images; photos, drawings, etc; including data regarding weights, dimensions, colors, images, etc. on the website and the shop are only approximate, are indicative and cannot give rise to compensation or dissolution of the order.

 

Article 4 - Order

4.1. your order is complete and will only be processed once we have received payment.

4.2. To purchase a product on our website, add the product to your shopping cart. Afterwards you enter your contact details and billing information. Then you choose your method of delivery. In the last step you get an overview page, you accept our general terms and conditions and you confirm your payment by pressing the order button with the caption “order with payment obligation” or words to the same effect. Once you have completed these steps, your purchase is final. We will send you a confirmation of your order by e-mail.

 

 

Article 6 - Price

6.1. The prices stated on our website are in euros and include all taxes, VAT, duties and services unless stated otherwise, excluding shipping costs.

6.3. All prices on the site are subject to printing and typesetting errors. No liability is accepted for the consequences of technical and printing errors.

6.4. We reserve the right to change the prices of products offered through our website at any time and to correct incorrectly quoted prices in error.

6.5. Our invoices are payable in cash in Wevelgem and/or via our webshop, without discount unless agreed otherwise when ordering.

 

Article 7 - Payment

7.2. To guarantee a secure online payment and the safety of your personal data, the transaction data is sent encrypted with SSL technology over the internet. Online transactions are processed by Mollie BV.

7.3. Only applicable for orders in our shop/wholesale: In the event of non-payment on the due date, an interest of 1% per month is owed by operation of law and without prior notice of default. In addition, in the event of full or partial non-payment of the debt on the due date, a fixed compensation of 10% of the invoice amount will be due by operation of law and without notice of default, with a minimum of EUR 50 per invoice.

Article 8 - Conformity and warranty

8.1. Asian Import guarantees that the delivered product meets the agreement and meets the specifications stated in the offer. However, to err is human and if we have obviously erred, we are under no obligation to provide you with a corresponding good or service.

8.2. All goods purchased in the store or warehouse must be checked before purchase, there is no guarantee for this after purchase, nor can they be taken back or exchanged.

8.3. Images are sold without any guarantee, in the condition in which they are when sold, checked, known and approved by the buyer. The buyer accepts all visible and any hidden, non-visible defects.

 

Article 9 - Delivery and execution (only applicable for web-shop orders)

9.1. All goods and services are delivered to the address you entered when you placed your order (we cannot change this address).

9.2. When an article is in stock, it will be offered to the courier in 1 to 5 working days after receipt of payment.

9.3. Any complaint regarding visible damage to the packaging of the delivered goods must, in order to be taken into account, be formulated in writing on the accompanying documents at the time of delivery by a courier

9.4. We cannot be held responsible for any consequential damages due to late delivery or non-delivery, damage, loss by the carrier we appoint.

9.5. any costs for return shipments are always borne by the buyer.

9.6.1 Pallet shipment: Someone must be present on the day of delivery (no time can be agreed upon)

9.6.2 Pallet shipment : Delivery to the front door (the goods are dropped off on the sidewalk or possibly in the garage)

9.6.3 Pallet shipment: We can only deliver to locations on the ground floor.

9.6.4 Pallet shipment : The drivers cannot help to dismantle the goods and bring them in or bring them to a floor

 

Article 10 - Force majeure

10.1. In case of force majeure, we are not obliged to fulfill our obligations. In that case, we can either suspend our obligations for the duration of the force majeure, or dissolve the agreement definitively.

13.1. Your gift / voucher is valid on the webshop or in the store.

13.2. Your gift voucher is valid until the stated expiry date (1 year after order date)

13.4. Any remaining amount will be forfeited

13.5. You cannot exchange the voucher for money

Article 15 - Complaints procedure and disputes

15.1. Any objection must be made within eight days after delivery or after the invoice date. It must be done by registered letter and must be motivated. In the absence of objection within the set term, the invoice is deemed to have been accepted.

15.3. All agreements that we conclude with our customers, regardless of their place of residence, are exclusively governed by Belgian law and in case of disputes that cannot be settled amicably, only the Court of Commerce in Kortrijk has jurisdiction.
